Vysoká úmrtnost cz/sk WoW serverů

Člověk nemusí mít vysoce vytříbené pozorovací schopnosti, aby si všiml jedné věci - nové servery se nám na jaře rodí opět jako houby po dešti. Nevím, jestli za to může mírná zima, či příjemně teplé jaro, ale pro nás moderátory to znamená jedinou věc - kvanta práce. Životnost průměrného českého serveru odhaduju tak na jeden až dva roky. Životnost průměrného serveru, který byl inzerován na wowresource, maximálně na jeden měsíc. Ale proč tomu tak je? Inu, někteří lidé se řídí příslovím “Jednou měř, stokrát řež“. Však ono to nějak dopadne, a pokud by náhodou nedopadlo, nevadí - změnímě název, template webu a pojedeme odznova. Nejlépe přes hamachi (i když i zde se svítá na lepší časy, při dnešním výmazu serverů to schytaly jen 2 jedoucí na hamachi). Co k tomu naše milé dětské pseudoadminy vede netuším a ani se nebudu pokoušet luštit jejich důvody. To je všehovšudy práce pro psychology, ne pro obyčejné studenty SŠ. Výše bylo naznačeno cosi o promazávání inzerátů na servery. Po dlouhé době, čítající bezmála 4 měsíce, jsem se z hecu začal probírat nejstaršími články. No vlastně to ani nebylo překvapení, když 90% ze serverů nebylo funkčních. A pokud člověk jednou něco začne, měl by to dokončit. Pár statistik:

- celkový počet inzerátů před pročištěním: 48
- celkový počet inzerátů po pročištění: 24
- zemřelo: 24
- úmrtnost: 50%

Můžeme jen děkovat tomu nahoře (velký AMD/Pentium/nazvěte si ho jak chcete), že to neodskákal žádný z opravdu velkých projektů. I česká free WoW scéna se řídí pravidly přirozeného výběru - přežijí jen ti nejsilnější.

    Ta situace je už opravdu špatná. Kdejaký člověk, který třeba MaNGOS jen tak tak po 2 týdnech radách na fóru rozjede si hned udělá server, který tak za měsíc skončí. Málokdy se objeví nějaký kvalitní. Nejhorší to bylo někdy v prosinci, to jsem osobně sháněl server a žádný, který by mě nějak oslovil jsem nenašel, tak jsem musel týden čekat, než se rozjel jeden nový.
